We signed up for them recently and had a tank installed for a gas log fireplace. Great service, and they had their stuff together throughout the process! Our tank lasted us just enough to get through the nasty ice storm this winter. Right when the tank hit about 20% full, a truck showed up to perform a refill- which tells me they are monitoring tank levels and topping off as-needed. Fantastic!

From Day 1 these guys have been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We purchased a new 120 gal tank and refill service from them. The tech did the final connection to our outdoor grill, which involved a little extra work. He made sure the Psi was right for it and did a leak test on the whole system. Chris Kauffman is an entrepreneur from Pennsylvania who values faith, family, and service to his community. Prior to his relocation to Virginia, Kauffman developed and ran his family-owned propane business in Pennsylvania for the last 10 years. Kauffman has been a member of multiple volunteer fire departments over the course of his career and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Kauffman felt a calling to the Richmond area to be able to provide premier service to underserved communities.
